Belt & Box
A puzzle game about moving things from somewhere to somewhere else. Lay belts across a small warehouse floor, press Run and watch your layout deliver the goods – or jam. Hand-made levels, no luck, no timers.
Small games. Big experiments.
I'm Heinzer. I build games on my own – puzzles first, other kinds of trouble second. Some of them ship. Some stay in the lab. Some end up on the shelf, and I tell you about those too.

Two more games are in development. Their names stay in the drawer for now: first I secure the domains, handles and store names, then comes the announcement.

Not everything works, and that is part of the job. Two earlier projects are paused for now. I would rather say so than pretend the lab only ever had wins.
Paused Withheld Stone-age economy simulation
It never caught fire: not exciting enough, too much simulation and too little to do, and I started far too ambitiously. Maybe I will continue one day and start smaller.
Paused Withheld A mix of quartermaster game and RPG
A cool idea, but half-baked and too little game. Maybe I will come back to it.
